I love a good knife in the kitchen. I bought my friend LadyDisco a good knife set from Lee Valley, and she says they make a huge difference in the way she prepares food. She says it's a lot easier now, and I agree, a good knife makes the work enjoyable, rather than a chore.
And, well, you know me, I'm not one to make extravagant purchases, but a knife set is different! I'm so jealous right now! :)
